Extra virgin olive oil — present in the dominant proportion — intensely nourishes, protects the skin barrier and provides a neutral pH, excellently tolerated by all skin types. Bay laurel oil (25%) is the emblematic ingredient of the Aleppo recipe: antiseptic, wound-healing and anti-inflammatory, it acts effectively against acne, eczema, dermatitis and psoriasis. Shea butter deeply hydrates and soothes irritation. Coconut oil cleanses effectively and contributes to a rich lather. Castor oil densifies the lather and amplifies the moisturizing effect. The formula contains no artificial colorants, synthetic fragrance, chemical additives or animal fats.
