Eucalyptus essential oil is officially recognized by the World Health Organization for treating respiratory and rheumatic conditions. Thanks to its main component, eucalyptol, it has powerful disinfecting and antibacterial, toning and invigorating properties for the respiratory energy centers, and is mucolytic, expectorant, oxygenating and a pulmonary decongestant. Mint essential oil, with its unmistakable scent, analgesic and antineuralgic, has an instantaneous action on the nervous and energetic centers, reducing muscle and osteoarticular pain. Clove oil, with its warm and balsamic scent, warms body and spirit, and is an extraordinary anti-infective, draining and purifying agent.
 
How to use: For respiratory conditions, apply by massaging the chest and back 3–4 times a day. Can also be massaged on the soles of the feet in the evening before bed, then apply socks.
